This Anti-Texas Ad By Lewis Black Might Be The Best Thing You?ll See Today (NSFW VIDEO)

hilarious

Governor Rick Perry likes to brag about his jobs record, despite the fact that most of the ?jobs? he create don?t even pay a living wage, and his despicable vetoing of an equal pay law for women. He also likes to make ads to try to pull jobs from other states ? but when it came to running his ads in New York City, he may have picked the wrong city, and wrong comedian.

Comedian Lewis Black has made a response to Gov. Perry?s ads, which appeared on the Daily Show. Definitely NSFW but filled with hilarious barbs, you can watch the video below:

Football: Celtic enjoy flying start to European campaign

BELFAST: Celtic will take a commanding lead back to Scotland after a 3-0 win against Northern Irish minnows Cliftonville in the first leg of their Champions League second round qualifier.

The Scottish champions looked too strong for the part-timers in the first half and Kris Commons had already hit the bar before Swedish international Mikel Lustig headed the Hoops ahead in the 24th minute.

Greek striker Georgios Samaras then doubled?Celtic's lead with a powerful strike from the edge of the box in the 31st minute.

The Belfast side improved after the break but failed to really test?Celtic?keeper Fraser Forster and it was the Hoops who added a third in the 84th minute when James Forrest drilled a low shot past Conor Devlin.

It means Neil Lennon's side, who reached the last 16 of the competition last season, have a large lead to take to?CelticPark next Tuesday as they attempt to reach the third qualifying round and move closer to the lucrative group stages.

Celtic?were without last season's top scorer Gary Hooper, subject of transfer speculation in recent weeks, due to a groin strain while Adam Matthews, Charlie Mulgrew, Joe Ledley and Virgil van Dijk all missed out.

The Hoops seemed to struggle to cope with the artificial surface at Solitude in the opening moments with Cliftonville forcing an early free-kick that Liam Boyce failed to capitalise on.

However, the Scottish champions soon settled and came close to opening the scoring in the third minute when Forrest swung a cross over from the left wing to the back post where Commons bulleted a header off the bar.

Celtic?grew in confidence and a minute later Forrest collected a Samaras pass out wide before cutting in and blazing a shot just over.

Lustig broke the deadlock when he met a Commons corner at the front post to power a header past Devlin from six yards.

Cliftonville tried to respond immediately but Boyce sent his snap shot straight into the arms of?Celtic?keeper Forster.

Celtic?doubled their lead through a superb strike from Samaras.

The Greek striker showed some neat footwork on the edge of the box before swivelling and rifling a shot into the top corner.

Ciaran Caldwell fired over for Cliftonville before Commons was denied by the woodwork for a second time when his curling shot from the edge of the box smacked off the post.

The home side started the second half with purpose and Forster had to race from his line to save from Stephen Garrett after Lustig was woefully short with a header back to his keeper.

Boyce then showed good skill to get away from Kelvin Wilson before setting up Joe Gormley for a chance but Efe Ambrose was alert to the danger and scrambled clear.

The Northern Ireland champions continued to press and Caldwell cushioned a pass into the path of Marc Smyth whose shot was blocked by the?Celtic?defence.

The woodwork then denied Stokes from increasing?Celtic's lead in the 68th minute when his shot rattled the bar on its way over.

Australian international Tom Rogic replaced Commons before Forrest added a third goal in the 84th minute. Stokes played a through ball to the winger and he raced away from a couple of challenges before drilling a shot past Devlin at his near post.

Microsoft asks US Attorney General to intervene on security disclosures, denies assisting with NSA interceptions

Microsoft request on FISA disclosures

Microsoft sits between a rock and a hard place when it comes to privacy -- it can't reveal more about FISA requests, but it's also accused of assisting with NSA eavesdropping. The company is trying to settle both matters today, starting with a call on the US Attorney General for help. Microsoft hasn't had a response to its June 19th request to publish aggregate security request data, and it wants the Attorney General to directly intervene by legalizing these disclosures. The government official hasn't publicly acknowledged the request so far, although we weren't expecting an immediate answer.

At the same time, Microsoft is expanding its denials of The Guardian's recent reporting that it facilitates large-scale NSA snooping. Along with insisting once more that it only offers specific information in response to legal requests, the firm claims that its supposedly eavesdrop-friendly actions were innocuous. Microsoft was only moving Skype nodes in-house rather than simplifying the NSA's access to audio and video chats, for example. It's doubtful that the public position will completely reassure doubters given the veils of secrecy surrounding the NSA and its collaborators, but the crew in Redmond at least has a full statement on record.

UN court not a medieval inquisition: Japan

TOKYO has told the UN's top judicial body it is a court of law, not a "medieval inquisition" as proceedings wrapped up in the whaling dispute between Australian and Japan.

Japan used the final day of the three-week hearing to argue the International Court of Justice (ICJ) didn't have the authority to decide what was or wasn't science.

Canberra wants the 16-judge panel to ban Japan's annual hunt on the basis it's not "for purposes of scientific research" as allowed under Article 8 of the 1946 whaling convention.

Australia argues the Southern Ocean JARPA program is actually a commercial operation.

But Japan insists lethal research is both lawful and necessary.

Deputy foreign affairs minister Koji Tsuruoka on Tuesday said Tokyo was seeking "scientific information on the basis of which Japan might be able to ask for the moratorium (on commercial whaling) to be lifted".

"This court is a court of law not a court of scientific truth," Mr Tsuruoka said in The Hague.

Lawyer Alain Pellet, who teaches International Economic Law at the University Paris Ouest, made a similar point on Tuesday.

"The court ... has the greatest possible authority to settle the legal disputes which it is seized of," he said through a translator.

"But it can not decide between opposing scientific assessments."

Prof Pellet said Australia was promoting "an elitist, metaphysical and sectarian view of science" whereas Japan was conducting "applied science".

"It is not up to us as legal persons to determine the validity on the merits of one or the other scientific view.

"We are not a medieval inquisition."

Australia has argued Japan's research is not science but rather "a heap of body parts taken from a large number of dead whales".

JARPA lacked defined and achievable objectives, appropriate methods, peer review and unnecessarily killed the stock being studied, Canberra has told the court.

But Mr Tsuruoka on Tuesday said the ICJ hearing had allowed Japan to finally show the world the truth about its whale research.

"We can thank Australia for this," he said.

Australian Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus last week claimed Tokyo had resorted to "untrue and offensive" statements during The Hague hearing.

But Japan itself had reason to be offended by Australia's "factual misrepresentations and ... misleading use of selective references and quotes", Mr Tsuruoka said.

Japan claims it doesn't want to quit the International Whaling Commission.

But the deputy foreign minister on Tuesday concluded by asking what would happen "when one morning suddenly you find your state bound by the policy of the majority and the only way out is to leave".

After the hearing government spokesman Noriyuki Shikata told AAP Japan was content with its "powerful case".

Mr Dreyfus last week told the court the fact Tokyo had resorted to emotive rhetoric spoke "volumes for the weakness of the Japanese case".

The attorney-general later on Tuesday said the timing of a ruling was in the court's hands.

"But we are hopeful it will deliver its decision before the start of the next whaling season (in the Australian summer)," Mr Dreyfus said in a statement.

"As good international citizens Australia and Japan have both confirmed they will abide by the court's decision."

Final arguments wrap up in Zimmerman trial

SANFORD, Fla. (AP) ? George Zimmerman's lawyers made one last attempt Friday to convince a jury the neighborhood watch volunteer shot 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in self-defense, saying the prosecution's case for murder is built on "could've beens" and "maybes."

The jury was expected to begin deliberations as early as Friday afternoon after receiving dueling portraits of Zimmerman: a wannabe cop who took the law into his own hands or a well-meaning volunteer who feared for his life in a struggle with the unarmed teenager who was slamming his head into concrete.

Attorney Mark O'Mara told jurors the burden was on prosecutors, and said they hadn't proven Zimmerman's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

"If it hasn't been proven, it's just not there," O'Mara said. "You can't fill in the gaps. You can't connect the dots. You're not allowed to."

Prosecutor John Guy followed with a rebuttal, accusing Zimmerman of telling "so many lies." He said Martin's last feeling was fear as Zimmerman followed him in a neighborhood on a rainy night Feb. 26, 2012.

"Isn't that every child's worst nightmare, to be followed on the way home in the dark by a stranger," Guy said. "Isn't that every child's worst fear?"

One juror, a young woman, appeared to wipe away a tear as Guy said nothing would ever bring back Martin.

Guy said Zimmerman violated the cornerstone of neighborhood watch volunteer programs, which is to observe and report, not follow a suspect.

Zimmerman's account of how he grabbed his gun from his holster at his waist as Martin straddled him is physically impossible, Guy said.

"The defendant didn't shoot Trayvon Martin because he had to, he shot him because he wanted to," Guy said. "That's the bottom line."

Because there were no eyewitnesses, the panel of six women will likely rely heavily on testimony ? which was often conflicting ? from police, neighbors, friends and family members. They will have to decide who the aggressor was and whether they can determine who was yelling for help on a 911 call that recorded the shooting.

Zimmerman, 29, is charged with second-degree murder, but the jury will also be allowed to consider manslaughter. Under Florida's laws involving gun crimes, manslaughter could end up carrying a penalty as heavy as the one for second-degree murder: life in prison.

O'Mara dismissed the prosecution's contention that Zimmerman was a "crazy guy" patrolling his townhome complex and "looking for people to harass" when he saw Martin, an unarmed black teenager. O'Mara also disputed prosecutors claim that Zimmerman snapped when he saw Martin because there had been a rash of break-ins in the neighborhood, mostly by young black men.

Zimmerman at no point showed ill will, hate or spite during his confrontation with Martin, which is what prosecutors must prove for second-degree murder, O'Mara said.

"That presumption isn't based on any fact whatsoever," O'Mara said.

In contrast, prosecutors argued Zimmerman showed ill will when he whispered profanities to a police dispatcher over his cellphone while following Martin through the neighborhood. They said Zimmerman "profiled" the teenager as a criminal.

O'Mara also told jurors to ask themselves what Martin was doing during the four minutes from when he started running at the urging of a friend he was talking to on a cellphone to when he encountered Zimmerman. Martin was planning his attack instead of going back to the townhome where he was staying, O'Mara said. The defense attorney let four minutes of silence pass to emphasize the amount of time.

"The person who decided ... it was going to be a violent event, it was the guy who decided not to go home when he had a chance to," O'Mara said.

The defense attorney bolstered his arguments with a poster-board timeline of events, a power point-presentation showing witnesses who had testified and a computer-animated depiction of the fight based on Zimmerman' account.

O'Mara placed two cardboard cut-outs of Zimmerman and Martin in front of jurors to show Martin was considerably taller than Zimmerman, although Zimmerman was much heavier. Later, he carried a block of concrete and put it in front of the jury box to show how it can be used as a weapon.

To invoke self-defense, Zimmerman only had to believe he was facing great bodily harm, O'Mara said. He asked jurors not to let their sympathies for Martin's parents interfere with their decision.

"It is a tragedy, truly," O'Mara said. "But you can't allow sympathy."

Allowing the jurors to consider manslaughter could give those who aren't convinced the shooting amounted to murder a way to hold Zimmerman responsible for the death of the unarmed teen.

To get a manslaughter conviction, prosecutors must show only that Zimmerman killed without lawful justification.

As the nation awaits a verdict in the trial, police and city leaders in Sanford and South Florida say they have taken precautionary steps for the possibility of mass protests or even civil unrest if Zimmerman, who identifies himself as Hispanic, is acquitted, particularly in African-American neighborhoods where passions run strongest over the case.

There were massive protests in Sanford and other cities across the country when authorities waited 44 days before arresting Zimmerman.

Guy said the case wasn't about race.

"It's about right and wrong," he said. "It's that simple."

Cole outsells Kanye, album climbs to No. 1 on Billboard chart

By Piya Sinha-Roy

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Hip-hop artist J. Cole's album "Born Sinner" outsold rapper Kanye West's "Yeezus" and Wale's "The Gifted" to climb to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart on Wednesday, notching Cole's second chart-topping record.

"Born Sinner," released on June 18, sold 58,000 copies last week, according to figures from Nielsen SoundScan, and made the relatively rare climb from No. 2 to No. 1 this week.

Billboard said there have been only 76 albums in chart history that did not debut at No. 1 but rose to the top in subsequent weeks on the album chart.

"Born Sinner" has sold 439,000 copies to date, outselling West's "Yeezus," which debuted at No. 1 three weeks ago but has only amassed cumulative sales of 431,000 copies.

Wale's "The Gifted," which knocked West off the top spot last week, dropped to No. 2 this week with sales of 50,000. "Yeezus" fell to No. 3, selling 39,000 copies.

Only one new album cracked the Top 10 in the Billboard 200 this week. R&B singer Joe landed at No. 6 with his latest "Doubleback: Evolution of R&B."

Overall album sales for the week ending July 7 totaled 4.9 million, down 16 percent from the comparable week in 2012, according to Billboard.

Next week's chart is likely to get a shake-up from Jay-Z's new album "Magna Carta... Holy Grail," which is expected to top the Billboard 200 with sales projections of 350,000 to 400,000 copies in its first week.
