Why would you want to lose weight and become slimmer? A slim person has more energy to enjoy life and he or she is definitely more attractive. Approximately 1 person in 3 (or 35.70% or97.1 million people) in the USA is overweight. The situation is slightly better in the rest of the world although it is still critical. Around 1 in 6 person is overweight, which amounts to 1billion people. This is far too much. So this means that the people have less energy and have a reduced life span.

So what must a person do? The answer is simple ? lose weight and become slimmer today. This way they can get more out of life and they will live longer. Moreover, guys are usually more attracted to slim girls and women. They do like curvy women but they prefer when they are tight. So go to the drawing board and write this down in your resolution list.

It is a good way for men to show their masculinity and demonstrate that they have the perfect genes. Other qualities count as well, but building up their body has to be a priority for men. Men are naturally competitive and having a better built body is a good way to show that they are better than their male counterparts.

One?s personality is important but it is better when it is balanced by physical fitness. So that?s a good goal for men to have. Moreover more muscles usually means that one is healthy and this is a turn on for the opposite sex, albeit on a subconscious level.

This is a great way to stay in shape, having more energy and look good to the other gender. When you exercise, your blood flows throughout your body and this oxygenate your brain as well. So, by exercising you stay both physically and mentally alert. That?s a pretty good New Years Resolution that you can take. Moreover, you can eat more when you do more exercises, and you will still be healthy and good looking.


4 ? Eat More Healthily

2 out of every 3 people in the USA have poor eating habits. This means 200 million out of the 300 million people do not eat well. Only 100 million may be overweight, but there is another 100 million who is eating junk food and still staying slim.

Does that mean that they are healthy? Of course no. Their heart is clogged, they have a myriad of health related problems even if they look to be in shape.

So wherever where you are right now: Make a commitment to yourself that you will eating healthily as from now on.


5 ? Drink More Water

Right now, water is readily available to most people on this earth, yet 90% do not drink enough water. It is a commodity that they take for granted, because they cannot see the longterm benefits. Is this only related to developing and underdeveloped countries? No. This concernsthe population all around the world, the industrialized countries included.

Take your pen and write it in your New Years Resolution. Instead of drinking a fizzy drink, drink a glass of water. Instead of eating a hamburger, drink a glass of water and have some fruits with it. You will feel better and you will look better. You skin will glow more, you will walk with your head held high and people will quickly notice the difference in you.
