With tough Mexico gun laws, citizens turn to Texas

When you hear about a black market for weapons smuggled across the border, you might think about drug cartels.

But in a country with some of the toughest gun control laws many ordinary Mexican citizens say they have no choice but to break the law and turn to Texas.
